I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
It can be because of stress-induced headache or can be viral gastritis-induced headache as constitutional symptoms. For pain relief paracetamol can be prescribed. For stomach issue antacid, such as pantoprazole can be prescribed. For stress relief yoga and meditation will be beneficial.Check blood pressure as well to rule out hypertension. Lack of sleep, hypoglycemia, can also precipitate headache. Consult physician for examination.
