Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

I have been having severe headaches for the past 3 weeks. Nothing I can take helps. I take elavil as a preventative medicine and have both compazine and hydrocodone when my migraines get bad. They arent helping for very long. I am also seeing things that arent there and hearing things.

Hello,
I would advice you to start with analgesics regularly for initial few days (like tablet naxdom). Alongwith that start a prophylactic therapy with amitriptyline.
Seeing and hearing things that arent there are called hallucinations. These can be a symptom if a psychotic disorder or a brain lesion. Would suggest you go for a brain scan.
However, ocassionally hallucinations can occur normally too.
Thanks.
