Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

I was in a car accident 6 days ago and it was a front crash at about 45mph. I didn t hit my head on anything nor did I get any open wounds, but since then, I have had a terrible headache and just a few days ago I developed pain in my eyes when looking anywhere (except straight ahead). I also got a pretty high fever 2 days after the incident and since then my throat has been hurting and feels tight (slight fever still present). I have been sort of numb with my thoughts/ feelings and forget things momentarily. My upper neck still hurts but the tightness I had in my upper back has since subsided. What is causing all of this? Should I be worried about a brain injury?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello. It's difficult to have a brain injury without trauma.Your pain may be secondary to viral infection or caused by stress after the accident.
However, you must go to your doctor for examination and
request additional tests if your doctor deems it appropriate.
I wish you god health.
