Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache
I have a severe headache on my left side of head. If i lay down..it gets a little better but worsens on standing..i am not able to stand at all...it seems as if my head will burst from d left syd.. i hv tried medicines like naxdom 500, intagesic..but dey dint cure my headache.. plz ans what shud i do

Hi, it could be orthostatic hypotension .
kindly check your BP in sitting and standing position .
Causes of orthostatic hypotension are -
Hypovolemia
Drugs
Anemia
Diseases like diabete , dysautonomia , parkinson disease
B12 deficiency
It is advisable for physician workup to r/o various causes.
