Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

Hi was just wondering this I have chiaris 1 malformation had another mri done last week it sayed inflammation in the mastiod air cells foriman my dad has the papers I think that s the way it was wrote any advice would be helpful my Dr dropped all of his chronic pain patients with medical cards I have an appt with a new Dr in 3 weeks but my last appt the old Dr cancelled but it was a recheck of fluid on my ears I m having a severe headache on the left side of my head above my ear should I go to er or wait?thank u in advance
