Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

I have been having pressure and headaches since spring. I have been taking sinus medicine and have even received an antibiotic twice. I have had an allergy shot, which did nothing. I am using a prescribed medication of Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray. I just can t seem to get it to go away. It even makes it hard to think at times and I feel like I am only half awake. That could be the sinus medicine I am taking. What do suggest I do next?

Hi,

You would need to add an oral antihistamine/decongestant combination if you are not currently using this combination eg Zyrtec, Allegra D, Benadryl D, Claritin D.

Also, consider adding montelukast and/or ketotifen which work slightly differently from the antihistamine and would, therefore, suppress different aspects of the allergy pathway.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
