Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

Hello, yesterday morning I woke up with a headache that become unbearable when I cough. Other symptoms: mild sore/dry throat when I inhale. Starting a few hours ago, stiffness in back of neck area that is increasing. Currently headache is worse and more intense if I cough. Also, for a few weeks I have woken up with a strange smell in my nose. Think, morning breath in nose. More info: on March 22 I fell and fracture my nose, hand, strained my neck and got a concussion, the CT scan that was taken in the ER immediately after the fall was normal. Also, since the concussion, I have strange vibrations in my body--mostly the belly and left foot. Think, Cell phone on vibrate in my uterus. In fact, there have been times when I tried to answer thinking it was a cell phone. Thank you for your time. Lorraine

Hello,

In my opinion, an infection of the upper respiratory ways should be considered.

Your symptoms may indicate that the brain may be involved too. In my opinion, you need a correct diagnosis and treatment ASAP.

Discuss with your Doctor for these issues.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
