HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you may have migraines.

This is characterized by severe headaches that may last from hours to days. The headaches may be on one side, throbbing, associated with nausea and vomiting.
The sensitivity to sound and light are also typical of migraines.

There are some triggers for the headaches such as : cheese, chocolate, liver, red wine, some medications such as oral contraceptive, stress or fatigue

There is medication available that can help you. You should consider visiting your doctor for an assessment.

If your headaches are very severe and there is no improvement with pain medication , you may also be given prophylactic meds (medication to stop headache from occurring)

I hope this helps
