Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

Hi Doctor, Good afternoon. I need to know Nihman address in Delhi. I have a patient who is suffering from severe mental irritation. He is in a stage where he doubts everybody and he thinks that he can not do anything. He just shouts on his parents and wife as long as his irritation remains. He shouts like anything and he tells that it is out of his control. He has left his job as he tells that he can not do anything because of weakness and severe headache. Almost whole day he suffers from headache and severe pain in forehead as he tells. Now situation has become worst because everytime he expects his aged parents and wife to sit near him 24 hours and lookafter him. If expectation is not met, he shouts on his parents and wife with slangs. But he was a very good person before and highly intelligent. After he met one accident in 2000, situatin gradually became worse.
