Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

i m 36 years old.i have sinus problem since 10 years.i got operated in 2005.i m continuing my medicines when ever head ache starts with the aid of my E.N.T. specialist. but now -a-days im suffering with severe head ache.do i need to approach a e.n.t. specialist or an eye specialist?

Hi.

I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.

As you are already on treatment for sinusitis, I advice you to continue the full course of medications given. If the symptoms recur,
* Better to change the course of Antibiotics for next episode of headache if any
* use Nasivion spray 2-3drops thrice a day
* Steam inhalation
* Analgesics
* tab. Vitamin C 500mg twice daily
* Avoid triggers that causes headache
* Also to have a consultation with an ENT specialist & ophthalmologist for further evaluation if you have any eye signs additionally.
