Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache,fever And Diarrhea

I am wanting to know if I should go to the hospital. I have a sever headache (1 day) fever (3 days) diarreah (2 days) and pain on the right side of my abdomen, and in my back. I need to know if this is important because I dont have health insurance, so it would be bad to go to the hospital for nothing. Can you help?

Yes your symptoms are significant . You seem to be having an Abdominal Infection . This infection could be due to Virus or Bacterial Infection . For viral infection nothing much needs to be done apart from taking Paracetamol and Anti spasmodic medications , but if it's a bacterial infection you shall require Antibiotic therapy .
You will require certain tests to know whether its due to Virus or Bacterial Infection. So it's better you consult your Doctor.
