Suggest Treatment For Severe Headaches And Ear Pain

Hello, I am doing 100 sit ups and half way through, I start getting headaches and ear pains. I am using an exercise ball, so I am not putting any strain on my neck. I am not using my legs to for momentum or using my arms for momentum either. Strictly the stomach area. I am controlling my breath, but even that does not work. It still hurts my head and ears. Is there a solution to this? A name for this?

Hello,

Are you feeling this headache while on exercise? The possibility of a migrainous headache or a tension headache or hypertension or cold with eustachian tube block etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Avoid cool drinks and freeze water avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

Use tablet Paracetamol.
