Suggest Treatment For Severe Headaches And Foul Urine Odor

Since Monday (4 days now) I have been getting really bad headaches at the very back, connected to my neck (I assume are migraines) But along with that I can t stay awake for a full day, so I have a sleep, once I wake up I am even worse with a really bad temperature and can hardly keep my eyes open! Also, bad smelling urine for long then that, unsure is has anything to do with that! I am taking panadol every 4 or so hours and nurofen for my head (inflammation) only for the past 2 days though

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The foul urine with a headache is due to urinary tract infection and underlying pyrexia.

Though there will be primary relief with Tylenol and plenty of liquids, you must get assistance with your doc for the prescription of necessary antibiotics to control the infection at earliest before it worsens.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
