Suggest Treatment For Severe Headaches

Hi my veins were my wrist is they both are burning up right now. I ve had headaches for two days. Also very bad abdominal pain in my left side of my stomach for months and my stomach is beating very fast. And one stage I thought I felt a kick. I ve missed my period for around 3 months now to. I honestly don t know what is wrong with me.

The symptoms are consistent with common causes like migraine or tension headache, as a first line management you can try analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
