my name is dheeraj sood. my age is 33. weight is 113kg. height 6.5''.i am suffering from heel spurs. iam a cricketer. when i play the cricket matches i feel lot of pain in my heels. i got couple of injections in my heels but after few months i feel the pain again.i love my game and i want to continue with my game so please help me to solve this problme
