Suggest Treatment For Severe Hip Pain

I am having severe pain at hip joint area after skidding in stairs. No fracture was deducted and started analgesic, antibiotics course on doc prescription but not much improvement. I am totally in bed since 5daz . Please suggest me what to add more in this treatment

If he were my patient, I would suggest you stay at rest at least two weeks because the bone and joint pain are hard to heal. Another piece of advice I can give is to start physical therapy because most of the time it works better than the pain killer and heal the cause of his pain
