Suggest Treatment For Severe Itchiness All Over The Face

I m having some kind of allergic reaction on my face it started as area on my cheek and was itching I scratched it now it s on my nose. I wanted to know if your having a allergic reaction and scratch other areas does it susposed to spread .it turn red and welp up whoever I scratch I m trying not to but it itch and sore.

Hi,

You seem to have allergic or irritant contact dermatitis. There may be some cause. It may be pollens,house dust mites, house dust,cosmetics,soap,grass,fume or some other....Sun exposure,stress... might exacerbate the disease..

You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis.

However I would recommend as below..
- antihistaminics
- steroid in tappering dose
- local application of mild steroid cream
- avoidance of triggers
