Suggest Treatment For Severe Itchiness In The Anus And Groin Area

I have had excessive itching on my anus and groin area for a few months. recently I had a few tiny red spots appear on my thighs that are also very itchy. I have very good hygeine and have never had anything like this before. 34 years old. Not sure what to do.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having yeast infection or some local skin infection like dermatitis.
Apply anti-fungal or triple action cream for few days.
Take Benadryl or Cetrizine for itching.
Keep local part dry and airy.
Wear cotton inner wears and avoid more perspiration.
Ok and take care.
