Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com. I have read your query. I understand your concern. Itchy area on neck may be due to Eczema, Polymorphic light eruption, fungal infection etc. The treatment for eczema and polymorphic light eruption is topical steroid like mometasone. For fungal infection, oral and topical antifungals like fluconazole and clotrimazole cream is advised. Antihistaminics like levocetrizine help in both cases in giving symptomatic relief. Visit your doctor so that he can examine you and give you prescription. You can share my opinion with him. I hope it helps. Take care.
