Suggest Treatment For Severe Itching In Perineum After C-section

Hi, I feel itchy perineum area and around anal area after i did C section last four years ago..Especially at night after wash with water ( I dont use any soap only lactacyd external area). I use about one month Lotrisone, Batroban, CandidB, and it go away about two weeks and come back. Last month i went to my Gyne and he said it yeast infection bcs skin color perineum area change, inside vagina dont have problem ( no itching, no discharge) he prescribe terbinafine one a day 4 weeks, acgclovir two weeks and Buterfine cream use 2 week. After a month now all medication finish and i still itching. I hv to get apptmnt with gyne is long waiting, so i go back to use lostrisone and batroban it feel better just use morning and evening.. But i want to get rid out totally... Pls give me advice..
