Suggest Treatment For Severe Itchy Swollen Bumps All Over The Body

i am trying to figure out the name of this sickness i had about a year ago a friend of mine daughter might be experiencing the same symptoms i felt a sudden ichy swelling the body every time i would move lumps would appear almost like water under that was really ichy and painful i eventually made it to the hospital and had to get a shot doctor said if i would have waited any longer i would have died would you know what this sickness would be called?

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query your friend's daughter have symptoms of severe itchy swollen bumps all over the body which is mainly due to allergic reaction and instant response of body to certain stimulus. Its symptoms vary from mild allergic reaction to severe complicating as well. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to start with intake of antihistamine medication such as benadryl. You can take Allegra as well and start application of clindamycin gel on these areas. Wash your skin 2-3 times a day with mild soap and warm water to prevent the accumulation of oil ,dust and bacteria on your skin. Drink plenty of water. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined thoroughly and you should go for skin patch test and blood test as well. Start treatment after proper prescription. Don't use any cosmetics and hard substances.
