Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain severe pain in jaw and neck after injury can be due to muscle spasms and also tear of muscle fibre while pain in jaw and ear can be due to dislocated lower jaw post injury..

I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigation like Panoromic x ray can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

As of now take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen and also muscle relaxants like Tizanidine..
Take a soft diet and avid excess mouth opening..
Do alternate warm and cool compresses over the jaw..

Hope this helps..

Regards.
