Suggest Treatment For Severe Joint Pain And Lightheadedness

Hi,

I am a twenty year old female with a history of anxiety and panic attacks. Yesterday evening I suddenly started experiencing severe joint pain, a severe migraine (which would increase tremendously in the sunlight), and anxiety. The first thing I thought when this first happened was that I was having an anxiety attack. It slowly got worse, though. By the time I got home all I could do was lay down and cry in bed because the pain had gotten worse and I also started to experience dizziness and weakness. The pain had also started to effect my entire body and no matter what I tried, I could not get warm.

It took me so long to finally get to sleep because the pain would keep me awake, but after about 3 or 4 hours asleep I started to feel a lot better. I still have the symptoms now, though, they aren't as bad. My knees and thighs still bother me, it makes me feel very old. I also still experience dizziness and lightheadedness frequently and my body has constantly been switching back and forth between very cold and very hot.

I've never had a severe panic attack like this, so I am not actually sure if it is one. Do you think that it is related to my anxiety?
