Suggest Treatment For Severe Joint Pain

im in extreme pain i cant sleep no more than five to fifteen minutes at a time without waking up in pain in every joint in my body my legs ,hips, feet,lower back,arms ,shoulders i swear im not exagerating at all it feels like being stabbed and knife twisting all over my body .also my left arm from just below my elbow down into my fingers is a constant burning and stabbing ,arm and fingers are knumb feeling cant feel when touching extreme weekness i swear i feel like im dying ?

You might be having nutritional deficiency like CBC,Vitamin B12, D3, calcium. kindly get it checked.
advice.
1. Start with T. Tayo 250 mg twice a day for a month after discussion with your local doctor.
2. Include iron rich food and calcium rich food in your diet.
3. Have milk and dry fruits on daily basis.
4. For pain you can take OTC pain medication.
