I have a high C-reactive protein test result, but my ESR is in the normal range. I won t get to see a rheumatologist until post-travel in October, but wonder what I can learn about types of arthritis that might fit these results. I have severe osteo-arthritis in my knees but recently have developed significant pain in other joints (shoulders, hands, hips). Just looking for a place to do more research.
U must do x ray knee to see joint nd reach to diagnosis along with joint fluid analysis. If u r havng pain in weight bearing joints thn its osteoarthritis if u r havng pain in small joints it is rhematoid arthritis. U must use NSAIDs
