Suggest Treatment For Severe Knee Pain When Diagnosed With Arthristis

Hi, this is for my father-in-law: He has been having severe knee pain and is at the point now that his knee sometimes gives out from underneath him. Doctor says that it is arthritis and nothing can be done to help except take Tylenol for pain. He was always an active worker and now can barely walk down his driveway, any diagnosis or suggestions may help.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this is the single joint arthritis and it can be well managed with "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg' once in day, steroid can be tried with great success but you need to be qualified, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
