Suggest Treatment For Severe Knee Pain

Hi today i was playing back yard football and i went to catch the ball when i jumped and landed on my leg very hardly. When i landed my leg was extended and now my knee hurts. It hurts to walk and is swollen. The pain is mostly on the backside of my knee and the outside of my knee.
