Suggest Treatment For Severe Knee Pain

hi ive got a bad knee, doctors think it may be catilage but it hurts alot. im on anti imflammtries but have been drinking alcohol not much the doctor said i could on this medication but i was wondering since i am a major hypocondract is there any way that this could be affecting my health in any other way??
