idid a mri last year had an arthroscopy of the right knee, surgeon removed whatever of degenerative tissues, shaved torn acl, did not do anythingto torn meniscus i have had popliteal fossa as described by my phisio therapist, since time of surgery, it is painful I cannot sit or hang my right leg incertain ways behind my knee is in pain all the time what do you suggest i do. I did an MRI before I wanted to do a arthrogram to see if there is a lot of tissue or nerve damage to deterimin pain and spasming of knee
