Suggest Treatment For Severe Left-sided Pain Radiating From Back To Rib Cage?

I have had a moderate to severe pain in my left side. toward the back right up under my ribcage for about 2 weeks now. It sorta went away for a couple- now has returned. How do I know if its a pulled muscle or something more severe? I do have pain in the left side of my neck and my left hip is swollen on the back side as well, around the bottom of my spine.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms may be suggestive of some muscular problem could be spasm and second it could be hyperacidity, for safety purpose better to get done the EKG, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
