Suggest Treatment For Severe Leg Condition

my dad has a severe leg condition which is not being cured by anyone we have consulted so far (4 skin specialists , 2 surgeons and 3 vascular surgeons .......apart from them homeopathy as well as ayurveda has alo beeen tried but all in vain)

he is obese, 52 and deeply in need of medical care which in this modern era of technology as an irony is not available .......pretty sad to say as an engineer myself
