Suggest Treatment For Severe Leg Crapms

I am having severe leg cramps almost every night. They wake me up about 5-6 in the morning. It seems to be a different muscle group each time. I have been taking potassium glutenate at night. The exercise I ve done that day before seems to have no effect.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptom may be due to accumulation of lactic acid in my opinion better stop exercising for some time and start drinking more water, soda water would be best for this, even stop taking potassium, hope this information helps, take care.
I find this answer helpful
