Suggest Treatment For Severe Leg Pain

my son has terrible leg pain and is on hydrocodone , the dr says it is nueropythy , this started after he was put on warfarin for atrial fibe , he is not any longer in atrial fib and has recently stopped the warfarin but is still have terrible pain in his legs . do you have any suggestions on how he can allevate some of this pain?
