Suggest Treatment For Severe Leg Pain

hello sir, i have been suffering vth severe pain in my legs since january 2010 .in the starting pain was severe during sleep and severe back pain. in the month of august i consulted a nuerophysician and he suggested for MRI. in my result of MRI its there that L4-L5,L5-S1 LEVEL DISPLAY MILD DIFFUSE ANNULAR DISC BULGE CAUSING INDENTATION OVER THE THECAL SAC.so i was prescribed supanac and dolo neuron .after using them for a 3 weeks i stopped using them .now a days pain is worsened and iam having continuous pain through out 24 hrs.i cant sit steadily for long time during my classes also.please suggest me something to overcome this backpain and legs pain.
