Suggest Treatment For Severe Leg Pain

im not sure if i am having muslce spasms at night but i wake up with an unbearable pain in my leg right where my muscle is. this problem started out in my foot but spread. when i get this pain i cant move my leg at all. i had 3 of these pains in the middle of the night last night and the rest of the day my leg was a little sore. what could be my problem?
