Suggest Treatment For Severe Loose Motion In A Child

MY daughter is 4 months and 12 days and weighs 6.44 kgs. She was having loose motions 5 days back and doctor had prescribed Walamycin which we had given. Today she again has had potty 6 times since morning. Can we give her Walamycin and continue the dosage.
