Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Abdomen Pain, Cold Sweats And Nausea

I ve recently experienced severe lower abdomen pain, cold sweat, nausea, tingling and numbness in the fingers. Went to urgent care and ran some blood work and urinalysis. All came back normal, the severe pain lasted about 20-30 mins and then subsided, along with the other symptoms. The doctor there told me to follow up with my pcp but couldn t think of what could be wrong.

Probably an abdominal ultrasound should be done too if not. Please discuss with your doctor for this.
