Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Abdominal Pain

I have a pain in my right lower abdomen. I have been checked for endometrosis, it was negative. I have had ct Scans, ultrasounds, and now I am scheduled for a colonoscopy. The pain is getting worse and I am missing a lot of time from work. I take Zoloft, 800mg ibuprofen and Vicodin. What do you recommend?

Hi.
Read the short history which says the pain in abdomen is there, in the right side.
Let us wait till the colonoscopy report.
If it is positive for a particular disease the treatment would be specific.
If colonoscopy is negative, take the treatment as IBS and go for diagnostic Laparoscopy.
