Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Abdominal Pain
My sister is having pain in her lower abdomen on her left side. She had a procedure last week on her bladder (Botox) and assumed it was related to that. She went back to that Dr but ultrasound looked fine and urine was clear. Went to her family Dr who has had labs done and had CT scan scheduled - but the scan is not scheduled until March 13th. Blood drawn this morning so results not back yet. Any ideas?

Consult a general surgeon and get an ultrasound scan done. We have to rule out possibilities like renal stones. As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
