Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain And Headaches
Hi I have had pain on my right side lower back for 5 days , it is making me feel sick with the pain ,I was in a car accident 4 years ago and hurt my back, but the pain is usually on my left lower back and hip, I suffer with pins and needles in my hands and feet , been getting headaches ,dizziness and feeling hot and cold , thankyou

Low back ache and headache are not interrelated. For headache, check your blood pressure and take over the counter painkiller and if not relieved then consult a neurologist. For lower back ache, get an X-ray done and give hot fomentation and apply diclofenac gel.
