Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain, Diarrhea And Low Grade Fever

A family member has been suffering with very bad low back pain, diarrhea at times, low grade fevers sometimes, weakness, He just stopped warfarin (6 mo) because of a blood clot in leg. He is feeling sick and weak and no one can figure out what is wrong. He has had numerous blood tests and chest x rays and stomach ultrasound all coming back ok. Just the other day, we think he had a mini stroke, He had slurred speech..it went back little by little and now speech is fine. CT SCAN showed no blood. He goes for a brain MRI tomorrow to check further. We just don t know what this is....what do you think?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, low backache and diarrhea does not indicates any disease it may be self limiting one, if CT imaging is unremarkable then it is nothing to worry, it could be nonspecific one or could be functional in origin, and no need to worry, hope this information helps take care and have a nice day.
