Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain

Age 28, height 6ft, weight 184lbs. I had severe lower back pain at time I believe it s at the SI joint area coz I was unable to walk as if I put my feet down it used to put pressure on that area and cause pain. The pain keeps coming & going & is not severe all the time. I observed If I take Nucoxia 120 I m ok for few days. I guess it all started after I lifted some weights & sudden movement while playing Tennis. But it s been months I stopped doing those activities but the pain still persists. I tried applying hot & cold pack as well. I know I should visit the doctor which I will but by the time can you please answer few of my queries. Question:- Is it ok if I regularly take Nucoxia 120 tab ? I m doing some back lower back exercises, should I be doing those or just take rest? What do you think is causing it, if it was cause the weight I lifted shouldn t it be repaired in a month & a half ? Thanks in advance.

Nocoxib is NSAID which may cause hyperacidity, ulcer, kidney damage, high BP etc as side effects on prolonged use.

Try to avoid it frequently.

During pains of back, anywhere along vertebral column, is not recommended.

If the displacement of disc has taken place or intervertebral space/s have reduced, it may be painful but since it's not reported radiating to leg/s, it may not be so severe.

It's definitely some pressure in intervertebral area/s due to trauma caused by jerks etc, may be some traumatic arthritis which is causing pain. It
should have been repaired naturally but that's why my guess is there's slight displacement somewhere which is not being repaired automatically.

Better you have decided to see your doctor who will see clinically, do x-ray etc.otherwise I would have suggested some herbal antiinflammatory and physio.

Hope this info serves you well.
