Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain

I ve been having severe lower back pain while I m in bed, it s very difficult to move around in bed, and I have severe pain and it s hard to walk when I get out of bed, however, it gradually goes away, not totally there is still lower back pain, but not as excruciating. Please advise.

Dear friend low back pain is common among people above 50years due to decrease in calcium in bones and also due to aging process. You haven't mentioned your age in this query.
