Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain

Hi I m a 23 female who is having lower back pains no matter how I sit or lay down. I have been getting nauseous very often. I m not hungry at all or I m so hungry I can t seem to be full. My period is at 2 weeks late but I have had the symptoms of me starting. I took two pregnancy tests and they were both negative. I don t know what is going on. My period has always been on time except when I first got in my relationship and was having sex. Can you shed some light on this for me?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Back pain, nausea, increased appetite, and altered menses can be part of underlying thyroid disturbance as hypothyroid or other hormone imbalance most likely.

* I would suggest a primary workup with your GP for primary evaluation and further guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
