General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Go for MRI lumbosacral spine. Make lifestyle changes, avoid bending and lifting weights. Take hot fomentation. Consult a physiotherapy clinic. Start Orthodex, Duzac, Pan 40 and Pregab.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
