Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain

I have been having back pain, lower back, since last Saturday. I have been having difficulty getting out of bed, getting up from a chair and just moving around in general. I have been alternating heat and ice and taking Ibuprophen. I have had kidney stones before and am hoping it is NOT my kidneys. any suggestions?

I would like to ask you some questions:
1. Do you feel burning sensation during urination?
2. Do you feel fatigue or feverish?
3. Do you feel pain during urination?
4. Do you feel nausea or vomiting?

I suggest you have some tests:
1. Kidney, Ureter, Bladder (KUB) film
2. CT of kidney
3. Urine Analysis
4. Complete Blood count

Primarily, these are tests to be done. Follow up is must after the result. You can post another question with the test results and answers to the questions.
