General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to sciatica which is pain from nerve compression or irritation secondary to lumbo sacral disc problems. A physical examination by orthopedician will be helpful to rule out this and X ray followed by MRI of lumbo sacral spine might be needed to confirm it also. Muscle relaxants like cyclobenzaprine, neurotropic drugs like pregabalin and methylcobalamin and physiotherapy will be helpful to clear this.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
