Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain

I have major lower back pain. It hurts to sit, walk, sleep, I did find a lump and my daughter worked out part of it. Got a bit better but with the holiday sleeping arrangements much worse. I am in a lot of pain. I don t feel like doing anything it hurts so bad. I kinda feel like something is not where it should be (LOSE) part. I have also been diagnosed with scoliosis. And My Grandfather was diagnosed with bamboo of the spine whatever that means if anything.
