Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain

My wife has had severe lower back pain for a couple of days. I am surmising a disk out of place. This morning , in great pain, she fainted and her jaw locked. I keep throwing water on her face, until she came to, probably 30 seconds. What could be the problem? Thanks, Robert.

Hi,
lower back pain is very common and its may some time self limiting,but its cause must be ruled out some time prolapsed disc,trauma,degenerative osteoporotic vertebral changes malognancy mets,neurological disturbance is the cause so all base line along with XRay and MRI required.pain killer phyisotherapy,gabapentin and muscle relaxant are some time effective.
