Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Right-sided Pain In Groin Area

I am having severe pain in my lower right side in the groin area. I have been to my doctor and also emergency for this pain with no results from a CT Scan and urine test (other than low blood sodium) They think it is my back, but it is internal and ongoing.

Hello,

Severe pain in right lower side of groin region can be due to enlarged lymph node, urinary tract infection etc. I suggest you to get urine examination and urine culture to look for evidence of infection.
